Taxidermy Lessons and
Instruction for the
Beginner

Game heads (whitetail deer)
|
The student will learn to skin a deer head,
split lips and nose and turn ears. The student
will learn how to salt and prep a skin for the
tannery. The student will then learn how to prep a
cape for mounting, prep a form and mount a deer
head using up to date methods.
The student will do three (3) deer heads at a
cost of $5000. All materials included.
Student
responsible for all specimens.

Birds (waterfowl and upland game birds)
|
The student will learn how skin, clean and
mount birds using the most up to date methods. The student will do four (4) birds,
two (2) upland, and two (2)
waterfowl. Students will learn habitat design in
this session.
The cost is $4500 plus materials. All
materials included.
Student
responsible for all specimens.

Turkeys
|
The student will learn how to skin, clean and
mount 2 turkeys. One will be Gobbling and
one in full strut. Students will learn
habitat design in this session.
The cost is $3500. All materials
included.
Student responsible for all specimens.

There is no time limit on these
courses. I work at the students pace. These
courses can be taken on a part-time (your days
off) or full time schedule.
